As a Detailing Specialist, you will focus on cleaning and detailing both the exterior and interior of vehicles while ensuring compliance with high-quality standards. This role involves teamwork to achieve repair facility KPIs and includes maintaining a clean and organized shop. Your diligent work contributes directly to customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean vehicle exteriors using various methods
• Polish and protect the vehicle's surfaces
• Shampoo and vacuum vehicle interiors
• Keep the shop and outside parking area clean
• Adhere to quality standards through the WOW plan
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multitasking under pressure
• Lift and move materials over 50 lbs
