As an Estimator, you'll focus on creating detailed vehicle repair estimates and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Your experience in collision repair will allow you to communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies while maintaining compliance with insurance requirements. Collaborating with team members to achieve KPIs will be a core element of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write precise damage estimates for vehicle repairs

• Update customers throughout the repair process

• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements

• Communicate customer needs to team members

• Participate in daily production walks with management

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of estimating experience in collision repair

• Experience with Mitchell and Qapter software

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Valid driver’s license required
