We are seeking a Service Advisor to write and close service repair orders, update customers on their vehicle status, and perform miscellaneous duties. At Toyota Lexus, you’ll work in a clean, modern shop equipped with the latest technology and enjoy robust training and management support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write detailed service repair orders for customers
• Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs accurately
• Close service repair orders efficiently
• Update customers regularly on repair status
• Complete miscellaneous tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service within automotive industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail in writing repair orders
• Ability to thrive in a customer-driven setting
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and services
