Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently

• Inspect repairs for deficiencies impacting quality

• Correct paint deficiencies through sanding and polishing

• Prep surfaces using hand and power tools

• Accurately mix paint for perfect color matches

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of auto body refinishing experience

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Preferred:
Red Seal and I-Car certifications
