Validation & Technology Transfer Manager DECIEM

In this role at DECIEM, you will guide the validation master plan development and oversee technology transfer from pilot processes to commercial manufacturing. Your efforts will ensure compliance with cGMP and Health Canada regulations while leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product commercialization at the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technology transfer and validation activities

• Manage cleaning validation protocols and execution oversight

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Oversee equipment qualification for manufacturing processes

• Provide technical leadership during troubleshooting and investigations

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or scientific discipline

• At least 8 years of validation or scale-up experience

• Expert knowledge in FMCG manufacturing processes

• Strong communication and team management skills

• In-depth understanding of industry regulations and standards
