This position requires a blend of excellent customer service skills and strong knowledge of automotive parts. Collaborating with technicians and service advisors, you'll be pivotal in creating a seamless experience for all guests visiting our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to walk-in and online customers
• Identify and recommend suitable automotive parts
• Maintain a well-organized parts inventory
• Coordinate with technicians on part specifications
• Process sales and manage warranty claims
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in automotive parts or services
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
