Your role will blend automotive knowledge with exceptional customer service.
As the face of Clutch, you'll meet customers upon vehicle pickup and sale, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations. You'll need exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail to inspect vehicles carefully. This is a unique opportunity to influence how we serve customers while completing vital paperwork efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create memorable experiences for every customer interaction
• Resolve customer issues effectively during their appointments
• Inspect vehicles to identify any cosmetic or mechanical concerns
• Manage paperwork accurately using our tracking system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year in the automotive industry a plus
• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience required
• Valid G Driver's License needed
• Clean driver’s abstract and background check
