We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Prepare repair orders and explain recommended maintenance and repairs
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle status and repair timelines
- Provide customers with estimates, updates, and follow-up communication
- Upsell maintenance services and dealership value-added products when appropriate
- Ensure all warranty and manufacturer procedures are properly followed
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Experience with dealership management systems is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays if required
