At Kal Tire, we are seeking a certified 310S Automotive Technician with at least three years of hands-on experience. You will perform a variety of mechanical services, mentor apprentices, and collaborate with a skilled team. This position offers a chance to enhance your diagnostic skills on a range of vehicles while identifying service opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform mechanical services including brake repairs and diagnostics
• Mentor and train apprentices in technical skills
• Collaborate on various vehicle repairs in the shop
• Identify mechanical service opportunities with Sales team
• Uphold safety and quality standards in service
Requirements:
• Valid 310S technician license
• Minimum 3 years hands-on automotive experience
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach
