In this Full Time position, you will ensure every vehicle—whether sold or in inventory—meets Serpa's strict detailing standards.
Your role will involve organizing and maintaining the wash bay area while adhering to company policies for efficiency. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to collaborate with team members are vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Detail vehicles to high showroom standards
• Ensure vehicles are parked in the correct locations
• Keep the wash bay area clean and organized
• Follow all quality control procedures
• Handle customer and company confidentiality with care
Requirements:
• Experience in vehicle detailing is essential
• Must hold a valid G2 or G driver’s license
• Proficiency in driving manual vehicles necessary
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
• Strong communication skills required
