As a vital part of the Clutch team, you will produce precise estimates and help efficient scheduling of vehicle repairs.
Your role will involve coordinating with repair shops and managing invoices while maintaining organized records of estimates and appointments. Your strong communication skills will be essential in providing timely updates to management and resolving discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review vehicle photos and prepare detailed repair estimates
• Coordinate quotes, pricing, and service details with repair shops
• Schedule repair appointments and document all communications
• Process invoices for repair services efficiently
• Ensure deadlines are met through follow-ups
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in computer skills and workflow tools
• Valid G2 driver's license
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Availability for full-time, 40-hour weeks
