Don Valley Volkswagen is seeking a Service Advisor to enhance customer experiences within the Greater Toronto Area. You will communicate with clients about mechanical issues, manage repair orders, and educate customers on vehicle maintenance. This role requires a strong attention to detail and customer service skills for effective communication and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers promptly and courteously
• Discuss mechanical problems and provide cost estimates
• Schedule appointments and prepare repair orders
• Advise on vehicle maintenance based on manufacturer's specifications
• Maintain daily logs of repair orders and status
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of automotive experience needed
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a good record
• Knowledge of mechanical repairs preferred
• Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills required
