Full-Time, 45 hours per week (includes Saturdays)
Experience Level: Entry-Level to Junior

As a Service Writer, you’re the bridge between customers and technicians. You help customers understand what their vehicle needs, keep work flowing smoothly in the shop, and make sure everyone is on the same page.
We hire based on communication skills, organization, and reliability — not resumes.
What success looks like in your first 90 days- Greet customers professionally and confidently
- Accurately write service orders and explain recommended work
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
- Handle a busy front counter without losing details
Build trust with customers through honesty and clarity
- Greeting customers in person and on the phone
- Writing service tickets and work orders
- Explaining tire and basic automotive services in plain language
- Coordinating with technicians on job status and timing
- Handling payments, invoices, and follow-ups
- Keeping customer and vehicle information organized
