Job Description:
We are looking for a Market Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in analyzing market trends, forecasting future movements, and providing actionable insights to guide our trading and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on soybeans, corn, and soybean meal markets.Develop and maintain economic models and forecasts for commodity prices and market demand.Analyze historical market data and identify trends that can affect the supply and demand dynamics.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market insights for senior management and stakeholders.Work closely with the trading team to inform buying and selling strategies based on market analysis.Stay updated with global economic, political, and environmental factors that impact agricultural markets.Attend industry conferences and seminars to gather insights and build network with other market analysts.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Agribusiness, or related field.Proven experience as a Market Analyst, preferably in the agricultural sector.Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in statistical analysis software and Excel.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Economics or related field.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).What We Offer:
