A consulting firm located in Toronto is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis initiatives and improve processes for clients. Responsibilities include collecting business requirements, facilitating workshops, mentoring junior analysts, and managing multiple projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably with strong skills in stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and tools such as JIRA and MS Visio.

The role allows for hybrid working with one day onsite each week.
