What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify strategies, risks, and options while recommending approaches to meet client requirements
Collaborate with functional teams and vendors to configure and test solutions
Manage multiple tasks under limited direction while keeping stakeholders informed
Act as a Workday Payroll functional expert and mentor to fellow consultants
Support business development activities such as proposal development and client engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
2+ years of Workday experience in implementation or post-production support
Proven experience in gathering requirements, designing, testing, and deploying solutions
Subject Matter Expertise in Payroll
Strong communication and presentation skills for managing client expectations
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Current Workday certification in Workday Payroll or prior Workday experience in Payroll
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Professional (FPP) Certification
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point
