We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in executing project deliverables. Our Technology Risk Consulting team in Toronto is growing, focusing on business continuity planning assessments, development of plans, and facilitating tabletop exercises.
What You Will Do   Assess business continuity management plans, including disaster recovery and crisis management, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Design business continuity programs and roadmaps.
Perform business impact assessments and support prioritization of continuity practices.
Monitor relevant standards and practices.
Develop risk and control matrices, review procedures.
Engage in IT internal audit projects, mainly in business continuity and disaster recovery, with additional technology risk experience a plus.
Manage engagement risks, ensure quality, and deliver multiple client projects.
Participate in business development and increase practice penetration in the public and private sectors.
Conduct research, technical testing, report writing, and client communication.
Lead field teams, mentor junior staff.
What You Bring   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ABCP, CBCP, CISA, CRISC).
3-5 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management.
Knowledge of ISO standards (22301, 22317, 22361).
Experience facilitating tabletop exercises.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Excellent communication skills.
Fast learner, detail-oriented, organized.
Understanding of business and audit risks.
Confidence, enthusiasm, willingness to travel.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure components.
