Senior Business Analyst – Silent 8 & CNB Migration

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Silent 8 and CNB Migration initiatives. This is a business-focused role, not a technical BSA position. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize business processes.
• Develop Business Process Flows and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Drive initiatives proactively anticipate needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
• Communicate effectively across all levels, from executive leadership to delivery teams.

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience creating Business Process Flows.
• Strategic thinking and proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills.

• AML experience.
• Familiarity with Silent 8 or similar compliance tools.

• Ability to work independently without requiring close supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable operating in dynamic environments with multiple priorities.

Expert Level

Contract position based out of Toronto, ON.

The pay range for this position is $80.00 – $90.00/hr.

Hybrid position in Toronto, ON.
