Position: Sr. Business Analyst, Information Systems (Askuity division)

Pay Range: $85,000 - $115,000

Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as a division within The Home Depot (THD). Through our supplier analytics program, Askuity’s mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you are primarily responsible for overseeing and maintaining the information systems and data architecture that powers all corporate reporting and business operations. This role is responsible for translating business needs into scalable data solutions, ensuring reporting accuracy and data integrity, and deepening our ability to deliver value to our customers. You can wear multiple hats, managing multiple priorities across the project management lifecycle while maintaining an accurate view of priorities.

You are a problem solver who identifies opportunities, works independently or with a team to implement change, and creates value through processes efficiencies and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Systems & Reporting

  • Defines, executes and enhances corporate reporting and information systems infrastructure
  • Works independently and partners with internal teams to identify and validate data sources, resolve issues, and strengthen data accuracy and reliability of information systems and program operations
  • Process Optimization & Change Enablement

  • Evaluates existing workflows and identifies opportunities for efficiency and automation
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to implement changes that reduce manual effort and technical debt
  • Coordinate and liaison with THD partners, vendors and functional teams to gather necessary documentation and security approvals for new and existing vendor relationships
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system usability, promote reporting scalability, and ensure data compliance
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Maintains information systems roadmap, accurate documentation, UAT logs, and process maps
  • Contributes to the Supplier Analytics knowledge base, supporting retrospectives, onboarding, and team learning initiatives
  • Project & Initiative Support

  • Participates and leads the planning, execution, and evaluation of key Supplier Analytics projects
  • Tracks deliverables, monitors risks, and ensures alignment to program goals
  • Peer Mentorship & Team Support

  • Provides subject matter guidance and informal mentorship to analysts
  • Supports a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team
