Duration: 12 + Months

Working with the Director, Sourcing Execution and the Manager, Sourcing Execution, this role will influence sourcing decisions, drive supplier consolidation, cost savings and cost avoidance efforts. This role will partner with senior management to proactively develop negotiation and contract strategies for high‑risk/complex and sensitive sourcing initiatives. This role will gather and analyze data to create playbooks and strategies to support the different business models for services contemplated or currently under contract and prepare findings for senior management.

This role will develop and negotiate complex (strategically critical, high value, or high risk) contract strategies that will provide cost‑effective, sustainable solutions to Client businesses, and optimize total value generated from Client’s supplier base.

• 7‑10 years’ experience
• Experience in global procurement, sourcing and relationship management
• Understanding of procurement law and/or regulations
• Leads complex deals with a total contract value $3
  
  Million or more
• Business and Financial Acumen
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Strong contract acumen
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in leading and supporting stakeholder interactions/relationships
• Achieving financial targets (individual targets of $5MM savings, and team targets of $25MM)

• Required:
  
  Post‑secondary education in Finance, Related Purchasing field or Procurement Designation
