At Sia, you will engage with multidisciplinary teams to lead initiatives that reshape client experiences in various sectors. With a minimum of 3 years in consulting, you will employ human-centered design techniques and analytical insights to produce actionable results.
Your role will include preparing presentations and contributing to business development for the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support discovery activities and journey mapping
• Apply human-centered design methodologies
• Analyze data for actionable insights
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with teams
• Create high-quality presentations for clients
Requirements:
• 3 to 7 years of relevant consulting experience
• Skills in service design and AI methodologies
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills
• Experience with public sector organizations
• Ability to work onsite in downtown Toronto 2–3 days
