Shape customer experiences as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Abnormal AI. Focus on driving product adoption and fueling business success through client engagement.
In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact and facilitating ongoing value delivery. With a solid technical understanding of SaaS products, you will align internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with teams for timely issue resolution
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise SaaS with over 3 years in Customer Success
• Proven track record with large customer portfolios
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Capability in resolving escalations effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
