Key Responsibilities:
• Keep Salesforce data accurate through regular audits
• Generate targeted contact lists efficiently
• Validate database information to ensure quality
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and maintain campaigns
• Oversee ticket management in Zendesk
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in Sales Operations
• Proficient in Salesforce and Zoom Info
