** How you’ll make an impact
** As a student in
** CRM Support**, you will mainly help our Salesforce Administrators and Developers on creating new Salesforce objects / fields and configure user access to different Salesforce functionalities.  You will learn on how to use top technologies in Salesforce as well as how to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
** You will have the opportunity to:
*** Create new Salesforce objects, fields and validation rules You are skilled at using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
* Perform unit testing of the new developed functionalities You are data-driven with strong analytical skills.
* Help our Salesforce administrators with database maintenance.
* Help with the daily support of our Salesforce applications.

* What we’re looking for:

*** You are working towards a university degree in Computer Science or Computer/Software Engineering, ideally in your 3rd or 4th year of study.
* You have a strong understanding of programming languages like Java and Java script. Apex knowledge is an asset.
* Strong experience with the full life cycle of software development.
* You have working knowledge of databases and data models.
* You must be enrolled in a registered co-op program to be considered for this role.
* You will be available on a full-time basis for the duration of the term.
* You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
