Air Service Development Lead Pearson

Become a key player in transforming air service networks at Toronto Pearson as Manager of Air Service Development. This hybrid role emphasizes strategic collaboration and market-driven growth.

As part of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, this position reports to the Associate Director and drives key initiatives for expanding Toronto Pearson’s air service offerings. You will be integral in building partnerships with airlines and conducting detailed market analyses that inform strategic decisions. Your leadership skills will inspire your team to foster innovation in air service development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue strategic air service markets

• Maintain strong relationships with airlines and stakeholders

• Conduct thorough market analysis to support initiatives

• Represent GTAA in industry negotiations and forums

• Lead internal communications for alignment on air service goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in aviation-related planning

• Proven relationship-building and advocacy skills

• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Degree in Aviation, Business, or relevant fields

• Capability to maintain required security clearance
