Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this strategic role focuses on providing practical support to the Disputes practice and ensuring effective implementation of business development strategies. You’ll collaborate with legal teams and contribute to marketing efforts that increase BLG’s reputation in the market. This position is key in managing client interactions and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Disputes practice group programs

• Coordinate client events and improve engagement

• Support legal professionals by capturing experience narratives

• Track market activity and competitor developments

• Maintain and update client lists in CRM

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience, 5 in legal services

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Proven strategic and analytical capabilities

• Effective communicator, both orally and in writing

• Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting
