Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex client Health & Benefits relationships

• Deliver strategic guidance on plan design and funding

• Analyze financial and benchmarking data for solutions

• Negotiate competitive benefit plans with carriers

• Create and present client analyses and recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Extensive health consulting experience (10+ years)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proven experience with client negotiations

• Knowledge of the Canadian benefits market
