To be eligible for this internship, you must be a student returning to full-time studies in the fall OR required to complete a co-op/internship in order to fulfill a program requirement.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely within the Learning and Development team to help execute key defined projects. Supporting and collaborating with Learning colleagues on work including but not limited to, development of learning materials, materials approval process, supporting workshop deployment etc. Lilly wants to be the leader in this new approach, and we know you can play a big part in this change.

Our team is small, open and collaborative. We aim to provide a start-up culture environment, within the larger umbrella of a global pharmaceutical company. We will work collaboratively and quickly to innovate in our way of working. You will have broad exposure to different business areas within Lilly and will gain a rich experience in the pharma industry.

Education and qualifications:

Developing novel business solutions to specific business challenges for the affiliate, with the opportunity to work with senior leadership Contributing to our ongoing capability and skills development activities with internal audiences Leading and participating in company-wide team building activities for Lilly Updating existing documentation and guidelines within Lilly
