As a Senior Claims Analyst within the Capital Projects Group, you will assess and resolve claims for various construction contracts, facilitating effective project delivery.
Your role will involve extensive collaboration with teams across Metrolinx to ensure optimized claims processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate claims based on established management procedures
• Review cost implications of claims and variations
• Conduct detailed cost and quantum analysis
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings for dispute resolutions
• Support the preparation of claim strategy and reports
Requirements:
• Education in construction management or equivalent
• Experience in claims and commercial management
• Knowledge of capital construction and contract administration
• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling tools
