In this position, you will partner with CNA’s executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans, guiding the organization through transformation and ensuring alignment across functions. Your strong executive influence and program leadership will be key in managing risks and dependencies as you track the progress and impact of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic business plan development and execution

• Facilitate annual planning and prioritization activities

• Engage with executives to optimize operating models

• Ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives

• Develop performance management practices for alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required;
Master’s degree preferred

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in business leadership

• Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives
