RBC Capital Markets seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join its Payments Product Organization. Your primary responsibility will entail mapping and analyzing processes to foster automation and efficiency in Capital Markets payments. Engage with diverse teams ranging from operations to technology, ensuring streamlined product rollouts and strong stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and redesign inefficiencies in business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on payment systems
• Support training and product rollout readiness
• Design dashboards and manage project reporting
• Build and maintain vendor relationships for project success
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst role
• 3+ years in an agile product ownership position
• Knowledge of SWIFT, ISO, and FX payments
• Excellent communication skills for diverse teams
• Understanding of legal compliance in finance
