Senior Product Manager

Jobility Talent Solutions is hiring for a senior product leadership opportunity with a leading financial services organization.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong Capital Markets and Electronic Trading expertise to lead product teams, manage priorities, and drive end-to-end delivery across business and technology functions.

• Lead and manage Product Owner teams across multiple functions to maximize business value
• Partner with business heads, Project Management, Technology, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Define and prioritize the product book of work based on business strategy, market intelligence, revenue opportunities, risk, audit, and compliance
• Manage competing priorities across regions and business stakeholders while balancing cost, value, and risk
• Provide product direction, business value assessment, and input into effort estimation and delivery planning
• Maintain a strong understanding of trading applications, workflows, and electronic trading processes
• Lead products across Global Cash and Derivatives. Lead, mentor, and develop Product Owner and QA teams while driving performance and career development.
• Manage and prioritize the Rates QA team, aligning QA scope with business risk and release criticality

• 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management or a related field
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets
• Hands-on understanding of Electronic Trading flows
• Experience working with Trading Applications
• Strong experience in business requirements, prioritization, and product delivery
• Proven ability to work with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Proficiency with JIRA, MS Office, Windows, and collaboration tools
• Experience managing or leading cross-functional teams

• Front-office experience in Sales, Trading, or Brokerage
• Experience with Rates, Derivatives, or Global Cash products
• Experience managing QA / testing teams in a financial markets environment
