Senior Consultant/Project Lead
, you will take a leading role in solving complex client challenges, shaping transformation programs, and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, lead project teams and work streams, and help clients identify where AI and emerging technologies can create meaningful business value.

In addition to leading high-quality client delivery, you will play an active role in growing ADAPTOVATE by identifying opportunities within existing accounts, supporting proposals and pitches, and helping develop new client relationships.

• Leadworkacrossbusinessstrategy,operatingmodeldesign,process improvement,organisational transformation,andchange.
• TranslatebusinessprioritiesintopracticalAIusecases,transformationroadmaps,adoption plans,andmeasurablevalueopportunities.
• Help clients design and implement AI-enabled solutions and process improvements that integrate effectively into their operating environment.

• Coach and develop consultants and associates, providing clear direction, feedback, and support throughout engagements.
• Buildtrustedrelationshipswithclientstakeholdersandbecomeacredibleadvisortoleadersacrosstheorganisation.
• Identify opportunities to expand ADAPTOVATE's impact within existing client accounts and proactively contribute to account development.
• Supportbusinessdevelopmentactivitiesincludingopportunityshaping,proposal development,pitch preparation,client presentations,andcommercialdiscussions.
• ContributetobuildingADAPTOVATE'smarketpresencethroughthoughtleadership,capability development,anddevelopmentofnewofferings.
• Support clients in building internal capability, embedding new ways of working, and creating sustainable, data-driven, and AI-enabled cultures.

WhatisADAPTOVATElookingfor?

• Astrongmanagementconsultingfoundation,typically with8+yearsofexperience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or a fast-paced business environment, including significant client-facing delivery experience.
• Experience leading consulting projects or major work streams, with accountability for outcomes, stakeholder management, and team delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to business development, account growth, and new client opportunities.
