Grow your career in Product Management  Product Manager, Home Financing is accountable for the end-to-end ownership, performance, and evolution of the Home Financing leads program. The role also owns the analytical execution of monitoring tools used to measure the success of acquisition programs and lead strategies and plays a critical role in advancing the Home Financing acquisition growth strategy.

The role sits at the center of leads program management, data, forecasting, and performance insights. It combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with cross-functional leadership to translate complex information into clear recommendations, optimize lead generation and conversion, improve acquisition outcomes, and support disciplined risk management.

Mandate Leads Program Ownership, Performance Analytics & Reporting Owns the Home Financing leads program end to end, including program strategy, performance management, operating processes, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.

Owns regular application, funding, and origination reporting across Home Financing acquisition programs, lead sources, and channels.

Develops and maintains forecasting models for leads, applications, fundings, and volumes to support planning and performance management.

Analyzes lead quality, conversion funnels, and acquisition performance to identify trends, capacity constraints, root causes, and performance gaps by segment, channel, partner, and program.

Defines and monitors key performance indicators and recommends actions to improve lead generation, distribution, conversion, and overall acquisition growth.

Delivers clear, executive-ready insights that connect performance outcomes to underlying drivers, strategic implications, and prioritized actions.

Product Management Plays a critical role in shaping and executing the Home Financing acquisition growth strategy, with accountability for translating strategic priorities into measurable product and leads program outcomes.

Monitors key product, lead, conversion, and growth metrics to identify trends and recommend action plans.

Reviews complex business issues, identifies root causes and gaps, and develops practical solutions.

Provides competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify product strengths, growth opportunities, and market gaps.

Analyzes customer and consumer insights, channel data, and lead performance to identify opportunities and inform product and acquisition decisions.

Advisory Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.

Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.

Assists in the development of strategic plans and forecasts.

Identifies emerging issues and market trends to inform decision-making.
