Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with RBC's Strategic Execution team in Toronto. Seeking an experienced leader to drive excellence in project governance and strategic delivery.
This full-time position calls for a proactive manager within the Chief Legal and Administrative Office. You will collaborate with senior leaders to align project outcomes with RBC's strategic objectives. Essential skills include strong communication, project management expertise, and the ability to navigate complexity effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to assess needs and execute deliverables
• Facilitate cross-functional team working groups for strategic alignment
• Prepare senior management materials, ensuring clear communication
• Maintain project plans and track milestones for timely delivery
• Engage with third-party suppliers to meet program objectives
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of project management leadership experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• MBA or relevant professional designation preferred
