The team connects strategic content, relationship management, and execution disciplines across business segments, functions, geographies and external partners. The role requires strong judgment, fast synthesis, and the ability to manage confidential, time-sensitive work with a high degree of professionalism.
YourRole
As Manager for OCEO, you will support the execution of the CEO agenda and enterprise priorities by leading strategic deliverables, executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and special projects. You will coordinate with senior leaders and key partners to develop executive‑ready materials, drive alignment, and ensure effective execution of priority initiatives. This role reports to the Chief of Staff of the CEO.

Convert market, competitor, partner, and internal inputs into concise insights, briefing notes, and decision‑ready recommendations - Executive Communication:
Create clear, polished materials for senior leaders, Board members, and external engagements - Stakeholder Coordination:
Skilled at working across teams and building strong relationships to manage critical activities, events, and logistics
- Support the Chief of Staff and Office of the CEO in advancing enterprise priorities, executive engagements, and strategic initiatives
- Develop executive‑level materials, briefings, and communications for the CEO and senior leadership team
- Help drive the planning and execution of leadership forums, external engagements, and special projects
- Support the Office of the CEO agenda by coordinating scheduling priorities and operational details with Executive Assistants and relevant stakeholders
- Monitor progress against key initiatives, identify emerging issues and dependencies, and facilitate timely follow‑up with stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to support effective decision‑making, communication, and execution
- 5+ years of experience in corporate or business strategy, executive office / chief of staff support, management consulting, business transformation, or a related role
- Financial services experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, public policy, international relations, or a related field
- MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
