We're looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team for full-time, 14-month contract.
You will own the planning and execution of client projects that drive advancements in areas such as Parkinson’s Disease, ALS, and Autism. Reporting to the Director of Market Development, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of contracted deliverables, maintaining strong client relationships, driving contract renewal and extension, and keeping projects aligned with strategic objectives.
You’ll coordinate with internal teams across product, engineering, and design to prioritize tasks, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution. You’ll also engage with executive leadership—both internally and within client organizations—to facilitate discussions, understand needs and pain points, and support decision‑making.
In addition to overseeing timelines and deliverables, you’ll manage budgets, track progress, and handle reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability. You'll also anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and embed customer success and project management best practices into project workflows.
Your work will directly contribute to advancing cutting‑edge research while ensuring efficient and effective collaboration between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities- Own and drive external client programs, ensuring the successful execution of contracted deliverables, proactively addressing client inquiries, and maintaining high‑level stakeholder engagement.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with internal product, engineering, and design teams to drive execution, negotiate priorities, and remove roadblocks.
- Identify potential project execution risks and work with internal teams to enact mitigation strategies.
