As a Client Reporting Manager, you will be pivotal in Wealth Management Canada's operations, serving as a bridge among stakeholders, technology teams, and clients. Your expertise will guide the development of strategic reporting applications, ensuring they meet evolving needs. You'll assess feedback, prioritize functionalities, and support optimal reporting experiences for Advisors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and document client reporting requirements aligned with business goals
• Prioritize features to enhance client reporting experiences
• Collect and translate Advisor feedback into product enhancements
• Manage backlog refinement based on operational needs
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to clarify priorities and drive progress
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 3+ years in wealth management or client reporting
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Adaptability to rapid change in priorities
