Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UTEST program and partnership with University of Toronto

• Evaluate early-stage medical devices and digital health opportunities

• Develop investment theses and commercial strategies

• Shape company creation plans and governance structures

• Cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders and advisors

Requirements:

• Post-graduate degree in relevant fields

• Minimum 5 years in medtech or digital health

• Experience in technology commercialization and product development

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities
