Capco is seeking a Business Manager with over 8 years of experience in capital markets or financial services. This role demands strong coordination across multiple work streams while ensuring stakeholder engagement and risks are managed. You will focus on enhancing business cases and aligning operational impacts with project management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate product initiatives with Product Managers
• Partner with Portfolio Management on budgets and priorities
• Track delivery progress and support smaller technology initiatives
• Assess business operational impacts with Product Management
• Support governance activities including compliance and audit controls
Requirements:
• 8+ years in complex programs or projects
• Strong project governance and risk management knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience developing structured plans and milestones
• Background in Fixed Income or capital markets preferred
