Take a pivotal role with Indigo as the Manager of Strategic Planning & Process Redesign. This role focuses on strategic planning facilitation and process improvement in a vibrant book-centered environment.
In this managerial position, lead strategic planning initiatives and support enterprise process redesign to enhance productivity and customer experiences. Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders while applying Indigo's methodology to identify improvement opportunities across the organization. You will ensure alignment on business priorities and engage in sophisticated planning sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate annual strategic planning and leadership sessions
• Conduct research and environmental scanning for strategy development
• Support CEO and Executive Team in setting strategic objectives
• Lead cross-functional process redesign engagements
• Develop tools to strengthen process improvement capabilities
Requirements:
• Expertise in strategic planning and business analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Relevant degree from a leading university
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
