As a Process Engineering Manager, you will influence the strategic direction within TD’s Internal Audit line of business. This role focuses on solving complex process challenges, ensuring compliance, and leading cross-functional initiatives. Collaborate with various business lines to enhance operational effectiveness and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement process efficiencies and best practices
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
• Conduct internal and external analysis of operational procedures
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert
• Monitor and assess service productivity and efficiency levels
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in process improvement
• Undergraduate degree in a related field required
• Black Belt certification preferred
• Advanced knowledge of process modeling tools
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
