The Process Excellence team is searching for a Lead to oversee projects aligning with modernization objectives. This position requires expertise in Lean methodologies and a strong analytical mindset. You will analyze existing processes, re-engineer workflows, and ensure data-driven improvements to elevate performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and redesign business processes for operational efficiency
• Conduct focus groups and interviews to gather crucial data
• Develop process maps, identifying key improvement areas
• Propose data-backed enhancements utilizing Lean tools
• Drive execution of process re-engineering initiatives
Requirements:
• University Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in operational process improvements
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma is preferred
