Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business challenges using people, process, and technology perspectives
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to define business needs
• Create business process diagrams in BPMN 2.0
• Collaborate with technology teams on requirements and design
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in a Business Analyst role
• Post-secondary education in business or related field
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficiency with Excel, Visio, and Power Point
• Reliability Status Security Clearance required
