Training Scheduler

Air Canada has released a notice of hiring eligible applicants for the post of training scheduler. Persons who are eligible and willing to join this post can apply for this post. They’re appointed at this post to assign and handle Line Check plans for all fleets working at this post. People are also required to assist with the recovery of simulator events for all fleets outside of regular business hours.

• Candidates who applied for this post are required to assist with after-hours training hotel/transportation/DH bookings working at this post.
• People who applied for this post are required to maintain a shift synopsis and correspondence with Fleet Training personnel working at this post.
• They’re also required to conduct daily APP transmissions and processing Crew ETA applications for specific destinations: SYD, BNE, MEL, DXB, TPE, AKL, and DOH working at this post.
• They’re required to have after-hours coordination and support for uncovered seat fills scheduled to start within the 48-hour window working at this post.
• People applied for this post to support cargo supernumerary listings and also ensure after-hours notification of fleet training disruptions working at this post.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest, at the time any offer of employment is made and seeking any required work permits/visas or other authorizations to be eligible for this post.

• Candidates are required at this post to maintain proficiency and knowledge of all relevant policies, procedures, rules and regulations working at this post.
