Simplii Financial is a modern, customer-first organization where growth is driven by insight, experimentation, and action. The Growth team works at the intersection of data, customer behaviour, and product performance to identify where friction is affecting the client experience, where opportunities exist, and what changes can improve engagement, conversion, and the quality of client relationships. As a Growth Analyst, you'll be embedded in a squad where you'll contribute to meaningful growth work across experimentation, lifecycle analysis, and conversion optimization.
You'll help identify growth opportunities, support the design and execution of tests, and contribute to the analysis that turns data into actionable insight. You'll continue building your growth instincts and developing the skills to become a confident, independent growth practitioner. You'll be supported in your development by the Director, Growth, while remaining accountable to your squad and the outcomes it delivers.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
