Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives

Drive impactful initiatives in the insurance sector as a Senior Manager for Strategic Initiatives & Community Impact. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and create lasting value for communities and customers.

This hybrid role offers a 12-month contract with potential for permanence, working from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Thursday. You will lead global initiatives while developing project plans, governance frameworks, and success metrics. Engage in stakeholder communications to align activities across regions and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global strategic initiative planning and execution

• Develop project plans, timelines, and governance frameworks

• Facilitate decision-making sessions and align stakeholders

• Track budgets, risks, and project milestones

• Support community investment and engagement program execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• 10+ years leading complex strategic initiatives

• Experience in stakeholder management across global organizations

• Proven ability to execute strategic plans and processes

• Background in banking or insurance preferred
