Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Client Manager to join a leading payroll and workforce management organization. This individual will manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact between clients, payroll teams, and internal stakeholders. The Payroll Client Manager is responsible for ensuring payroll operations are delivered accurately and on time, managing client escalations, monitoring service levels, and driving operational excellence across assigned accounts.
This is not a hands-on payroll processing role. Instead, this person will oversee payroll operations, coordinate with Payroll Analysts and Specialists, resolve payroll and integration-related issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively manage both client relationships and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements- 2-3+ years of experience managing high-volume and complex payroll environments
- Strong understanding of payroll operations, year-end processing, taxation, benefits, and payroll legislation
- Proven client-facing experience with ownership of service delivery, client communication, and escalations
- Previous leadership experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, Manager, or similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult or escalated client situations
- Experience working with service level agreements (SLAs), quality control, and operational metrics
- Ability to investigate and resolve payroll-related issues, including integration and process errors
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Portuguese language skills
- Payroll and/or Benefits Certification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working within a managed payroll services environment
- Experience supporting new client implementations or onboarding activities
- Previous Dayforce experience
- Experience developing process improvements, SOPs, and operational documentation
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
