As the Manager of ESG Reporting & Compliance, you will report directly to the Vice President, Sustainability. This senior role requires substantial experience in ESG reporting and sustainability, particularly within the mining sector. You’ll engage in essential activities like managing data quality, overseeing third-party assurance, and implementing evolving disclosure requirements to ensure Alamos Gold meets regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual ESG Report preparation and publication
• Manage ESG data governance and reporting processes
• Coordinate third-party assurance and verification
• Implement emerging sustainability disclosure requirements
• Respond to ESG rating agencies and benchmarking initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields
• 10+ years in ESG reporting or related disciplines
• Experience in mining or asset-intensive industries
• Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks
• Excellent communication and technical skills
