Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with clients to attract and retain talent
• Perform competitive benchmarking analyses for reward programs
• Conduct industry and financial research for informed strategy
• Model pay structures and perform financial impact analyses
• Draft and present analytical documents to clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with a 3.0 GPA
• Analyst internship experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and communication
• Accepting candidates graduating between May 2026 and June 2027
